The BWY2-804 / BWY2-806 Type II Transformer Oil Temperature Controller is designed for monitoring, indicating and controlling oil temperature of oil-immersed transformers. It is a Type II transformer oil temperature instrument for on-site indication, alarm control, cooling system control and remote temperature monitoring.
This series adopts pointer-type temperature indication and can directly display transformer oil temperature on site. The instrument can be configured with 4 or 6 adjustable control switches for transformer cooling system control, temperature alarm and protection control.
According to different configurations, the product can provide Pt100 resistance signal output. It can also be connected with the TC-152 temperature transmitter to provide 4-20mA standard current signal output for secondary instruments, remote monitoring systems, PLC systems or automation control systems.
The product can also be used with the BL-FC oil temperature composite sensor according to project requirements. The BL-FC sensor can be used as a matching component for transformer oil temperature detection, signal collection and system installation. Detailed specifications should be confirmed according to the selected project configuration.

The controller provides pointer-type indication of transformer oil temperature, helping operators check transformer operating status on site.
The product supports Pt100 resistance signal output and can be connected with the TC-152 temperature transmitter to provide 4-20mA standard current signal for remote monitoring systems, secondary instruments, PLC systems or automation control systems.
According to project requirements, the product can be used with the BL-FC oil temperature composite sensor for oil temperature detection, temperature signal collection and system installation. The final configuration should be confirmed according to transformer structure, installation method and monitoring system requirements.
When the oil temperature reaches the preset value, the controller can output a control signal to start or stop the transformer cooling system.
When the transformer oil temperature exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller can output an alarm signal.
When the oil temperature exceeds the safety limit, the controller can provide a protection control signal to support transformer safe operation.
With 4 or 6 adjustable switch groups, the product can meet multi-stage alarm, cooling control and protection requirements.
